Returns & Refunds
Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please choose carefully using the size and color options at checkout.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photo of the shipping label
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct one at no cost.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to either locate it or send a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when a replacement isn't possible. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
